Going back a little further… this picture from Steve’s bicycle racing days.
I am the one in the front of the break-away group.
Picture turned into this animation.
In reality we went by faster than what it looks like in this mp4 but it just looks like we were climbing a hill. This was taken in Volunteer Park in Seattle in 1977, and the course is quite hilly.
